The national wastewater-based epidemiological surveillance of psychoactive substances monitors the presence of various psychoactive substances in several wastewater treatment plants across Belgium. This dataset contains the results per treatment plant since the beginning of the surveillance in 2025. The results consist of the psychoactive substances concentrations over time as well as other data needed for the interpretations such as the flow rates of the treatment plants and the population covered.

‘Top10Vector – High-voltage network’ is the vector dataset for the Belgian high-tension grid. The dataset consists of 2 feature types: high-voltage line segments [HT_hightensionlinesegment] and high-voltage pylons [HT_powerpylon]. The DTM 5m, digital terrain model at 5m-resolution, is a homogeneous and regular point grid indicating the height of the ground level in order to model its surface, without taking into account objects on the surface such as buildings and vegetation. The DTM 5m is the result of the assembly of different data coming from various sources and with different coordinate systems and resolutions. The DTM 1m is achieved by interpolating in Lambert 2008 source data in Lambert 72 and at a 1m-resolution from the Flemish (2013-2015) and Brussels (2021) regions, and by adding Lambert 2008 data at 1m-resolution from the Walloon Region (2021-2022). The DTM 5m is obtained by resampling of the DTM 1m. In addition, the DTM 5m is improved and updated internally using direct photogrammetric surveys based on the most recent aerial photographs.

This webservice allows the Top10Vector product, containing topographical vector data covering the whole of Belgium, to be visualised. The product consists of 35 feature types grouped into 8 different topics: ‘Constructions, ‘Particular zones, ‘Land cover and vegetation, ‘High-voltage network, ‘Hydrography’, ‘Local relief’, ‘Railway network’ and ‘Road network’. 'Top10Vector - Road network' is the vector dataset of the Belgian road network. It contains five feature types including 3 types of segments: road segments [RO_roadsegment], path segments [RO_pathsegment] and dirt road segments [RO_dirtroadsegment]. In addition, there are two other feature types consisting of point elements, namely kilometre markers [RO_roadkilometremarker] and traffic obstacles [RO_obstruction]. ‘Top10Vector – Land cover and Vegetation’ is the vector dataset of the land use categories of undeveloped land areas in Belgium. This dataset comprises 3 feature types, namely isolated [LC_isolatedvegetation] and linear [LC_linearvegetation] vegetation and land cover zones [LC_landcoverzone]. This dataset can be downloaded via the links in ‘Access’ at the bottom of this page.

An hillshade is a homogeneous and regular points grid, indicating the grey tone deriving from their orientation relative to the chosen fictitious light source. The Hillshade DTM 5m is a representation of the hillshading of the DTM 5m.

'Top10Vector – Local topography' is the dataset of the Belgian orography. This dataset consists of 8 feature types. The embankments [LR_embankment], earth banks [LR_earthbank] and steeps [LR_steep] are described by a linear element at the height of the ridge line. Cone-shaped slag heaps [LR_coneshapedslagheap], historic mounds [LR_historicmound] and cave entrances [LR_caveentrance] are represented by points. For the embankments, earth banks and slag heaps with a sufficiently large horizontal occupation, the additional slope surface [LR_additionalslopesurface] is also shown. 'Top10Vector – Constructions' is the vector dataset of constructions in Belgium. The dataset consists of 7 feature types, including those for buildings [CO_constructions] and those for bridges and tunnels [CO_brunnel]. The geometry of buildings can be supplemented with additional point [CO_toweronbuilding] or surface elements [CO_additionalpolygongeometry], which indicate the position of towers or other structures on buildings. Other structures are polygon [CO_particularpolyconstruction], linear [CO_particularlineconstruction] or point [CO_particularpointconstruction] feature types.
