This is the discovery service for the metadata which are made available by the Belgian federal government. It only contains the resources which have been declared for the INSPIRE reporting, i.e. the resources which contain the keyword “reporting INSPIRE”.

The national wastewater-based epidemiological surveillance monitors public health parameters in several wastewater treatment plants across Belgium. This webservice contains the results per treatment plant since the beginning of the surveillance in September 2020. The results consist of concentrations over time as well as other data needed for the interpretations such as the flow rates of the treatment plants and the population covered.

This web service provides the download per object of the datasets Administrative units - current situation and Land register plan - current situation. This webservice does not comply with the INSPIRE specifications, and the datasets to which it gives access do not comply with the INSPIRE specifications.

This AtomFeed download service provides access to federal datasets that are reported under the INSPIRE Directive. The datasets can be accessible for free or under conditions.

The "Aeronautical Obstacle Evaluation Map for Belgium" allows to know whether advice is required for a construction or structure that, due to its height, may have an influence on aviation: if the planned construction or structure exceeds the height indicated on the map, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Federal Public Service Mobility and Transport should be requested for advice, according to the procedure on https://mobilit.belgium.be/nl/luchtvaart/veiligheid/hindernissen-en-bebakening. The height indicated on the map is determined by the federal ministers responsible for Civil Aviation and Defence. This height is determined in order to protect the civil and military aerodromes, the visual aviation routes, the military aviation areas and the civil and military aeronautical installations for communication, navigation and surveillance (CNS). Consequently, the use of this map allows the application of the following Regulation : Regulation (EC) N° 1108/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 amending Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 in the field of aerodromes, air traffic management and air navigation services and repealing Directive 2006/23/EC. In the Flemish Region the use of this chart allows the application of the article 35 §16 of “het besluit van de Vlaamse Regering van 27 november 2015 tot uitvoering van het decreet van 25 april 2014 betreffende de omgevingsvergunning”. The same data limited to the flemish Region are available on the Digitaal Vlaanderen website.

This web service allows viewing the dataset BeStAddress.

This webservice allows viewing a digital surface model. It is a homogeneous and regular points grid which indicates the height above the surface of the earth, either the soil or any other permanent and visible element in the landscape (vegetation, construction,…). These data represent the situation of the landscape resulting from the July 2021 floods in het areas of the Vesdre, of part of the Meuse downstream from Liège and of the Demer. The heights are given relative to the Belgian zero level (fictitious zero of Uccle). The data have a resolution (size of the meshes of the regular grid) of 20 cm.

TopoMaps is a WMS allowing visualizing all images corresponding to the standard topographic cartographies made by the National Geographic Institute. As a result, it allows viewing cartographies on a 1:25 000 scale (Top25Map), on a 1:50 000 scale (Top50Map), on a 1:100 000 scale (Landcover100Map) and on a 1:250 000 scale (Top250Map), as well as the administrative map (AdminMap). With the exception of the administrative map, the cartographies show all themes of the topo-geographic inventory of the Belgian territory (ITGI) which is made and kept up-to-date by the National Geographic Institute: land use, transport, hydrography, buildings and constructions, relief, map lettering and toponyms.

This web service allows viewing the territorial divisions that represent fully recognised Belgian geographical units. The AdminVector dataset encompasses the statistical sectors defined by the FPS Economy, the administrative units maintained by the FPS Finance and their centres, as well as the boundary stones. The datasets of the judicial cantons and judicial districts are built on the basis of their definition in the Judicial Code. The dataset of electoral cantons is built on the basis of its definition in the Electoral Code. The postal cantons dataset is based on the boundaries of the Belgian postal codes managed by bpost.
