Buyers' origin - Real estate companies corresponds to the dataset describing the origin of the buyers (legal persons engaged in real estate activities as defined in section L of the NACE-BEL 2008 nomenclature) of real estate located in Belgium according to the municipality of their headquarters for legal persons settled in Belgium and according to the country or territory of their headquarters for foreign legal persons (headquarter at the date of the deed). This dataset is made up of seven classes. The first class shows, at national level, for each type of property, the total number of parcels, the number of parcels acquired by buyers from each Belgian municipality and the number of parcels acquired by buyers from each country or territory. The number of parcels takes into account the shares actually acquired. The second class shows this information at the level of the three regions. The following classes do the same at the level of provinces, arrondissements, municipalities, land register divisions and statistical sectors. The dataset is freely downloadable, in the form of zipped CSV files.

Land register plan - situation on January 1st corresponds to the dataset of land register from the reference database for the land register data CadGIS. The land register plan is one of the elements that make up the patrimonial documentation. It is defined as “the graphic representation and assembling on a plan of all the cadastral plan parcels of the Belgian territory”. A plan parcel, such as defined in Article 2 of the Royal Decree of 30 July 2018, is a part of Belgian territory, geographically delimited and identified by the General Administration of Patrimonial Documentation on the land register plan, which corresponds to the ground surface area of one or more patrimonial cadastral parcel(s) (real estate property as mentioned in Article 472 of the 1992 Income Tax Code in respect of which the cadastral income is fixed). This dataset corresponds to the legal situation as defined on 1 January of the reference year. It is composed of thirteen geometric classes and one class without geometry. The first class includes the cadastral plan parcels present in the corresponding administrative unit. The second class includes the buildings managed by the General Administration of Patrimonial Documentation, the third class includes the buildings managed by the regions, the fourth class includes equipment and tools, the fifth class includes water bodies, the sixth class includes cadastral blocks, the seventh, easements and paths, the eighth, toponymic lines, the ninth, toponymic points, the tenth, property boundaries, the eleventh, parcel numbers, the twelfth, cadastral divisions, and finally, the thirteenth, cadastral limits. The class without geometry corresponds to the table of tax situations. The dataset can be freely downloaded as a zipped shapefiles.

Foreign real estate - Owners' profile corresponds to the dataset describing the profile of Belgian taxpayers (natural persons) holding real estate abroad. This dataset is composed of five classes. The first shows, at national level, by age and sex category, the number of individuals holding a real right that allows enjoyment over foreign property, the total number of foreign properties held by these individuals, and the number of properties by foreign country or territory. The number of properties takes into account the shares actually held. The second class presents this information at the level of the three regions. The following classes do the same for provinces, arrondissements and communes. The dataset is freely downloadable as zipped CSV files.

This dataset is composed of five classes. The first class shows, at the national level, for each type of lease, the number of leases registered, the nature of the parties concerned by the contract and the median rent of the properties concerned. The second class includes this information at the level of the three regions. The following classes do the same at the level of provinces, arrondissements, municipalities. Notifications of the cadastral income corresponds to the dataset describing the new cadastral incomes of property located in Belgium that has been notified to the taxpayer. This dataset is made up of seven classes. The first class includes, at national level, by fiscal status, by nature of cadastral income and by category of motivations, the number of cadastral incomes notified, the total amount of cadastral incomes notified, the median cadastral income notified, the 25th and 75th percentiles of cadastral incomes notified and the standard deviation of cadastral incomes notified. The second class includes this information at the level of the three regions. This dataset is composed of five classes.
