Buyers' origin - Legal persons corresponds to the dataset describing the origin of the buyers (legal persons) of real estate located in Belgium according to the municipality of their headquarters for legal persons settled in Belgium and according to the country or territory of their headquarters for foreign legal persons (headquarter at the date of the deed). This dataset is made up of seven classes. The first class shows, at national level, for each type of property, the total number of parcels, the number of parcels acquired by buyers from each Belgian municipality and the number of parcels acquired by buyers from each country or territory. The number of parcels takes into account the shares actually acquired. The second class shows this information at the level of the three regions. The following classes do the same at the level of provinces, arrondissements, municipalities, land register divisions and statistical sectors. The dataset is freely downloadable, in the form of zipped CSV files.

Characteristics of the cadastral parcels - Exemption from withholding tax on immovable property corresponds to the dataset describing the parcels exempted from withholding tax on immovable property. The first class shows, at the national level, the number of parcels per exemption category, the total amount of cadastral income of these parcels, their surface area as well as the median cadastral income of each category. The second class includes this information at the level of the three regions. Orthophotos are digital aerial photographs in which the systematic distortions caused by the central projection, terrain relief and an image acquisition axis that is not always perfectly vertical have been corrected. The national orthophoto coverage is renewed annually. This dataset always contains the most recent operational orthophoto mosaics for the entire territory of Belgium. When the most recent acquisition campaign does not provide full coverage, the dataset is composed of the last one or two campaigns. In the current version of the dataset, the most recent national orthophoto coverage consists of a combination of the 2023 and 2024 campaigns. The orthophotos have a spatial resolution of 25 cm in Wallonia and 12.5 cm in Flanders and the Brussels-Capital Region. The source data are supplied by the Belgian administrative Regions. NGI harmonises these regional datasets (geometrically and radiometrically) into a single national mosaic, georeferenced in Lambert 2008 (EPSG:3812) and tiled according to the MapIndex1 grid. The dataset is INSPIRE-compliant and can be downloaded as compressed JPEG2000 files (JP2) per MapIndex1 tile, with the corresponding world file (.j2w) and metadata describing the extent of the tiles.

Emergency rescue zones corresponds to the dataset of the territorial delimitation of the emergency areas such as defined by the Royal Decree of February 2nd 2009 determining the territorial delimitation of the emergency areas in accordance with the law of May 15th 2007 on civil protection. This dataset is composed of two classes. The first class contains the identifiers, names and geometries of the various areas; the second is a class without geometry and corresponds to the table of Belgian municipalities with the emergency area for each of them. Owner occupants corresponds to the dataset relating to persons domiciled in a property over which they, or a member of their family, exercise a right in rem such as recorded by the FPS Finance for registration purposes. This dataset is composed of seven classes. The first class mentions, at national level, for each age-gender combination, by type of right in rem, the number of natural persons having such a right on their home. The lack of right in rem corresponds here to a fictitious right in rem in order to identify individuals who do not have rights on their home. The second class includes this information at the level of the three regions. The following classes do the same at the level of provinces, districts, municipalities, land register divisions and statistical sectors. The dataset can be freely downloaded as a zipped CSV.
