Foreign real estate - Owners' profile corresponds to the dataset describing the profile of Belgian taxpayers (natural persons) holding real estate abroad. This dataset is composed of five classes. The first shows, at national level, by age and sex category, the number of individuals holding a real right that allows enjoyment over foreign property, the total number of foreign properties held by these individuals, and the number of properties by foreign country or territory. The number of properties takes into account the shares actually held. The second class presents this information at the level of the three regions. The following classes do the same for provinces, arrondissements and communes. The dataset is freely downloadable as zipped CSV files.

Inheritances corresponds to the dataset describing declarations of estate and the value of the assets included therein. This dataset is composed of five classes. The first class includes, at the national level, by age group, gender, and type of property, the number of deceased persons, the total value of the property, the median value of the property, the 25th and 75th percentiles of the value of the property, and the standard deviation of the value of the property. The second class includes this information at the level of the three regions. The following classes do the same at the level of provinces, districts, and municipalities. The geographical distribution is based on the deceased's tax domicile. Since January 1, 2015, the FPS Finance is no longer responsible for the estates of deceased persons with a tax domicile in Flanders. Only data for tax domiciles located in the Walloon Region and the Brussels-Capital Region are included in the dataset. The dataset can be downloaded free of charge in zipped CSV format.

Police zones corresponds to the dataset of the territorial delimitation of the police areas such as defined by the Royal Decrees of April 28th 2000 in accordance with the law of December 7th 1998 organising an integrated police service. This dataset is composed of two classes. The first class contains the identifiers, names and geometries of the various areas; the second is a class without geometry and corresponds to the table of Belgian municipalities with the police area for each of them. The data set presents in the form of polygons the breakdown of Belgium in almost 20,000 statistical sectors. The statistical sector is the basic territorial unit resulting from the subdivision of the territory of municipalities by STATBEL since 1970 for the dissemination of its statistics at a finer level than the municipal level. A statistical sector cannot extend over two municipalities and any point in the municipal territory is part of one and the same statistical sector. The 1970 and 1981 versions are shown in analogue format while the 2001, 2011, 2018, 2019 etc. versions are available in digital vector format. The files can be linked to the data on population, housing and disposable income on the website of Statbel.

Vector dataset of aeronautical obstacles with a height of 60 meters or more above the ground. The update of this dataset takes place on a multi-year cycle; for each obstacle and for each location, the situation is indicated as applicable at the time of its last update. Based on the horizontal range of an obstacle, it is classified into one of three classes: polygonal obstacle if the smallest rectangular area enclosing the obstacle has a length and width of more than 100 meters; line obstacle if the smallest rectangular area enclosing the obstacle has a length of more than 100 meters, but a width of less than 100 meters; point obstruction in other cases.

This dataset is composed of seven classes. The first class shows, at the national level, for each type of built-on land the total number of parcels as well as the number of parcels meeting various qualitative criteria (such as the number of parcels equipped with central heating, or the number of parcels built before 1900). The second class includes this information at the level of the three regions. The following classes do the same at the level of provinces, arrondissements, municipalities, cadastral divisions and statistical sectors. The dataset can be freely downloaded as a zipped CSV.
