This dataset is made up of seven classes. The first class shows, at national level, for each type of property, the total number of parcels, the number of parcels acquired by buyers from each Belgian municipality and the number of parcels acquired by buyers from each country or territory. The number of parcels takes into account the shares actually acquired. The second class shows this information at the level of the three regions. Real estate property dynamics corresponds to the dataset describing changes in ownership in Belgium as recorded by the FPS Finance. This dataset comprises seven classes. The first class includes, at national level, for each cadastral nature, the total number of parcels, the number of parcels that have changed ownership at different time intervals, the median and mean duration since the last change of ownership, the 25 and 75 percentiles of the duration since the last change of ownership, and the mean duration of ownership rotation over the entire existence of the parcels. The second class uses this information for all three regions. The following classes do the same for provinces, arrondissements, communes, cadastral divisions and statistical sectors. The dataset is freely downloadable as zipped CSV files.

Distribution of real estate assets - real estate companies corresponds to the dataset relating to the distribution of real estate assets owned by legal entities such as recorded by the FPS Finance for tax purposes. This dataset is composed of eight classes. The first class mentions, at national level, for each cadastral income bracket, the number of legal entities with real estate activity (that is to say, registered under the code L of NACE nomenclature) and with real estate capital valued in the relevant bracket as well as the total and median cadastral income of the parcels held by these entities. The assessment of the cadastral income takes into account the shares actually held. The second class includes this information at the level of the three regions. The following classes do the same at the level of provinces, districts, municipalities, land register divisions and statistical sectors. The last class includes this information at the level of the countries for the legal entities which are not settled in Belgium but wich are nevertheless reigstred at the Carrefour Banque of the Entreprises.The dataset can be freely downloaded as a zipped CSV.

This dataset contains the most recent national orthophoto mosaics covering the entire territory of Belgium. Orthophotos are aerial photographs that have been geometrically corrected (orthorectified) to eliminate distortions caused by terrain relief, lens distortion, and camera tilt. Unlike raw aerial imagery, orthophotos have a uniform scale and accurate geometry, making them suitable for cartography, measurements, and visual analysis. This specific dataset always contains the most recent operational orthophoto mosaics, derived from aerial surveys carried out by the Belgian administrative Regions. When the most recent acquisition campaign does not provide full coverage, the dataset is composed of the last one or two campaigns. In the current version of the dataset, the most recent national orthophoto coverage consists of a combination of the 2023 and 2024 campaigns, as the 2024 flight campaign does not provide full coverage of the territory. The national orthophoto coverage is renewed annually. The orthophoto datasets of the Regions are integrated by the National Geographic Institute (NGI) into a single national coverage. Where possible, radiometric corrections are applied to ensure smooth transitions between the data of the Regions. The resulting orthophoto mosaics are georeferenced in the Lambert 2008 coordinate system and tiled according to the MapIndex1 grid. All orthophotos are in colour (RGB). The ground resolution (GSD) is 25 cm in Wallonia and 12.5 cm in Flanders and the Brussels-Capital Region. The spatial coverage of this dataset is the entire Belgian territory. The data can be visualized via the corresponding web services (WMS/WMTS). The dataset is INSPIRE-compliant and can be downloaded as compressed JPEG2000 files (JP2) per MapIndex1 tile, with the corresponding world file (.j2w) and metadata describing the extent of the tiles.

The national wastewater-based epidemiological surveillance of psychoactive substances monitors the presence of various psychoactive substances in several wastewater treatment plants across Belgium. This dataset contains the results per treatment plant since the beginning of the surveillance in 2025. The results consist of the psychoactive substances concentrations over time as well as other data needed for the interpretations such as the flow rates of the treatment plants and the population covered.
