Network of marks whose planimetric coordinates are known with precision according to the reference systems which are used in Belgium.

Landcover100Map is a digital version of the NGI’s topographic cartography on a scale of 1 :100 000. The images come from the symbolisation of the objects and the themes in the topo-geographic inventory of the Belgian territory (ITGI), which is built and kept up-to-date by the NGI. Landcover100Map is meant for a regional use on a larger scale than the one for Top50Map, typically on the scale of a province. The land use theme is very salient in this topographic cartography. The relief is represented by shadowing.

Top25Map is a digital version of the NGI’s topographic cartography on a scale of 1:25 000. These images result from the symbolisation of the objects and themes which are present in the topo-geographic inventory of the Belgian territory (ITGI), which is built and kept up-to-date by the NGI. Top25Map contains all usual themes of the NGI’s cartographic products (land use, transport, hydrography, buildings and constructions, relief,…), as well as the map lettering and the toponyms. The Top25Map cartography is appropriate to hiking.

The DSM 1m, digital surface model at 1m-resolution, is a homogeneous and regular point grid indicating the height of the Earth’s surface level in order to model its landscape, also including objects on the surface such as vegetation and buildings. The DSM 1m is achieved by interpolating in Lambert 2008 source data in Lambert 72 and at a 1m-resolution from the Flemish (2013-2015) and Brussels (2021) Regions, and by adding Lambert 2008 data at 1m-resolution from the Walloon Region (2021-2022).

The web application G-DOC provides information on all Belgian geodetic reference points. These points can be used as starting points or checkpoints to determine coordinates according to the national reference systems. three groups of geodetic reference points are available: 3D points, altimetric points and planimetric points.

Mapindex is a WMS which allows viewing the regular index grid which has been defined on five levels for the entire Belgian territory. It has been defined in order to allow a zonal geolocation. The present version is a beta version (v2) which is submitted to the emergency services. It will evolve to a standard cartographic grid.

This web service allows visualization of the Points Of Interest (POI) indicating the location of places of interest in Belgium, collected by NGI. The dataset consists of 97 POI types grouped into 6 classes (natural elements, religious elements, patrimonial elements, elements of general interest, infrastructures, economy).

Whole of marks whose height with respect to the zero mark of the second general leveling is known.

This webservice allows the Top10Vector product, containing topographical vector data covering the whole of Belgium, to be visualised. The product consists of 35 feature types grouped into 8 different topics: ‘Constructions, ‘Particular zones, ‘Land cover and vegetation, ‘High-voltage network, ‘Hydrography’, ‘Local relief’, ‘Railway network’ and ‘Road network’. The European Urban Atlas provides reliable, inter-comparable, high-resolution land use and land cover data for 800 Functional Urban Area (FUA) for the 2012 reference year in EEA39 countries. This datasets contains the FUA for Belgium (Antwerpen, Brugge, Bruxelles_Brussel, Charleroi, Gent, Kortrijk, Leuven, Liege, Mons, Namur and Oostende).
