Emergency rescue zones corresponds to the dataset of the territorial delimitation of the emergency areas such as defined by the Royal Decree of February 2nd 2009 determining the territorial delimitation of the emergency areas in accordance with the law of May 15th 2007 on civil protection. This dataset is composed of two classes. The first class contains the identifiers, names and geometries of the various areas; the second is a class without geometry and corresponds to the table of Belgian municipalities with the emergency area for each of them. Buyers' origin - Natural persons corresponds to the dataset describing the origin of the buyers (natural persons) of real estate located in Belgium according to their municipality of residence for residents and according to their country or territory of residence for the non-residents (residence at the date of the deed). This dataset is made up of seven classes. The first class shows, at national level, for each type of property, the total number of parcels, the number of parcels acquired by buyers from each Belgian municipality and the number of parcels acquired by buyers from each country or territory. The number of parcels takes into account the shares actually acquired. The second class shows this information at the level of the three regions. Inheritances corresponds to the dataset describing declarations of estate and the value of the assets included therein. This dataset is composed of five classes. The first class includes, at the national level, by age group, gender, and type of property, the number of deceased persons, the total value of the property, the median value of the property, the 25th and 75th percentiles of the value of the property, and the standard deviation of the value of the property. The second class includes this information at the level of the three regions. The following classes do the same at the level of provinces, districts, and municipalities. The geographical distribution is based on the deceased's tax domicile. Since January 1, 2015, the FPS Finance is no longer responsible for the estates of deceased persons with a tax domicile in Flanders. Only data for tax domiciles located in the Walloon Region and the Brussels-Capital Region are included in the dataset. The dataset can be downloaded free of charge in zipped CSV format.

Land register plan - situation on January 1st corresponds to the dataset of land register from the reference database for the land register data CadGIS. The land register plan is one of the elements that make up the patrimonial documentation. It is defined as “the graphic representation and assembling on a plan of all the cadastral plan parcels of the Belgian territory”. A plan parcel, such as defined in Article 2 of the Royal Decree of 30 July 2018, is a part of Belgian territory, geographically delimited and identified by the General Administration of Patrimonial Documentation on the land register plan, which corresponds to the ground surface area of one or more patrimonial cadastral parcel(s) (real estate property as mentioned in Article 472 of the 1992 Income Tax Code in respect of which the cadastral income is fixed). This dataset corresponds to the legal situation as defined on 1 January of the reference year. It is composed of thirteen geometric classes and one class without geometry. The first class includes the cadastral plan parcels present in the corresponding administrative unit. The second class includes the buildings managed by the General Administration of Patrimonial Documentation, the third class includes the buildings managed by the regions, the fourth class includes equipment and tools, the fifth class includes water bodies, the sixth class includes cadastral blocks, the seventh, easements and paths, the eighth, toponymic lines, the ninth, toponymic points, the tenth, property boundaries, the eleventh, parcel numbers, the twelfth, cadastral divisions, and finally, the thirteenth, cadastral limits. Real estate property dynamics corresponds to the dataset describing changes in ownership in Belgium as recorded by the FPS Finance. This dataset comprises seven classes. The first class includes, at national level, for each cadastral nature, the total number of parcels, the number of parcels that have changed ownership at different time intervals, the median and mean duration since the last change of ownership, the 25 and 75 percentiles of the duration since the last change of ownership, and the mean duration of ownership rotation over the entire existence of the parcels. The second class uses this information for all three regions. The following classes do the same for provinces, arrondissements, communes, cadastral divisions and statistical sectors. Real estate leases corresponds to the dataset describing leases on real estate items as recorded for registration purposes by the FPS Finance. This dataset is composed of seven classes. The first class shows, at the national level, for each type of lease within the meaning of the Code of Registration Duties, the number of leases taking effects during the term, the nature of the parties concerned by the contract and the median rent and expenses and the percentiles 25 and 75 of the rent and expenses of the properties concerned. The second class includes this information at the level of the three regions.
