This dataset contains the administrative units for the organisation of elections, within their boundaries as established by Annex I of the Electoral Code.

Erläuterung
The boundaries of the electoral cantons were digitised by the National Geographical Institute in accordance with the definition in Annex I of the Electoral Code. For this purpose, NGI used the authentic administrative data of the FPS Finance.
Les limites des cantons électoraux ont été digitalisées par l'Institut Géographique National conformément à la définition qui leur est faite à l'Annexe I du Code électoral. Pour ce faire, l'IGN a utilisé les données administratives authentiques, délivrées par le SPF Finances.
De grenzen van de kieskantons zijn door het Nationaal Geografisch Instituut gedigitaliseerd overeenkomstig de definitie in bijlage I van het Kieswetboek. Daartoe heeft het NGI gebruik gemaakt van de authentieke administratieve gegevens van de FOD Financiën.
Die Grenzen der Wahlkantone wurden vom Nationalen Geographischen Institut gemäß der Definition in Anlage I zum Wahlgesetzbuch digitalisiert. Zu diesem Zweck hat das NGI die authentischen Verwaltungsdaten des FÖD Finanzen verwendet.
