Real estate sales - Profile of the buyers is compiled from the contents of the reference database for the record of real estate deeds. The database records for each deed the amount of the transaction, the real right concerned, the identification of the parties and the situation of the real estate property concerned as well as its land register nature.

The second database contains, for each natural person, various pieces of information from the National Register, which is the authentic source for Belgian natural persons or for foreigners domiciled in Belgium, or from the BIS Register, which is the authentic source for foreigners who have interests in Belgium but are not domiciled there.

Ventes immobilières – Profil des acheteurs est constitué à partir de la base de données de référence pour l'enregistrement des actes et à partir la base de données relatives aux personnes physiques. Dans la première sont consignés, pour chaque acte, le montant de la transaction, les droits réels échangés, l'identification des parties, la localisation du bien immobilier échangé ainsi que sa nature cadastrale.

Dans la seconde base de données, sont reprises, pour chaque titulaire de droits réels diverses informations provenant du Registre National, source authentique en ce qui concerne les personnes physiques belges ou en ce qui concerne les étrangers domicilés en Belgique, ou provenant du Registre BIS, source authentique en ce qui concerne les étrangers ayant un intérêt en Belgique sans y être domiciliés.

Verkopen vastgoed - Profiel van de kopers worden opgemaakt uit de inhoud van de referentiedatabase voor de registratie van vastgoedakten en uit de databank over de natuurlijke personen. In de eerste databank worden voor elke akte het bedrag van de transactie, het uitgewisselde zakelijk recht, de identificatie van de partijen en de locatie van het uitgewisselde onroerend goed geregistreerd, evenals de kadastrale aard ervan.

In de tweede databank zijn zowel, voor elke natuurlijke persoon, diverse gegevens opgenomen afkomstig van het Rijksregister, de authentieke bron voor Belgische natuurlijke personen of in België gedomicilieerde buitenlanders, alsook diverse gegevens afkomstig van het BIS register, de authentieke bron wat betreft buitenlanders met een belang in België zonder er gedomicilieerd te zijn.

Immobilienverkauf - Profil der Käufer werden anhand des Inhalts der Referenzdatenbank für die Registrierung der Immobilienurkunden zusammengesetzt. In der Datenbank werden für jede Urkunde, der Betrag der Immobiliengeschäfte, das übertragene dingliche Recht, die Identifizierung der Parteien und der Standort der übertragenen Immobilie, sowie seine Katasterart verzeichnet.

Die zweite Datenbank enthält für jede natürliche Person verschiedene Informationen aus dem Nationalregister, das die authentische Quelle für belgische natürliche Personen oder für Ausländer mit Wohnsitz in Belgien ist, oder aus dem Bis-Register, das die authentische Quelle für Ausländer ist, die Belange in Belgien haben, ohne dort wohnhaft zu sein.
