Mapindex is a WMS which allows viewing the regular index grid which has been defined on five levels for the entire Belgian territory. It has been defined in order to allow a zonal geolocation. The present version is a beta version (v2) which is submitted to the emergency services. It will evolve to a standard cartographic grid.
MapIndex est un WMS permettant de visualiser la grille d’index régulière définie sur cinq niveaux pour l’entièreté du territoire belge. Elle a été définie dans l’optique de permettre une géolocalisation zonale. La version proposée est une version beta (v2) soumise aux acteurs de l’urgence, elle sera amenée à évoluer afin de devenir un grid cartographique standard.
Mapindex is een WMS dat het mogelijk maakt om het regelmatige indexrooster te bekijken dat op vijf niveaus werd bepaald voor het volledige Belgische grondgebied. Het werd bepaald om een zonale geolokalisatie mogelijk te maken. De versie die we hier voorstellen is een betaversie (v2) die wordt voorgelegd aan de hulpdiensten. Op termijn zal ze evolueren en een standaard cartografisch rooster worden.
Der MapIndex ist ein WMS, der es ermöglicht, das auf fünf Ebenen festgelegte regelmäßige Indexraster für das gesamte belgische Staatsgebiet einzusehen. Es wurde beschlossen, eine zonale Geolokalisierung zuzulassen. Bei der vorgeschlagenen Version handelt es sich um eine Betaversion (V2), die den Akteuren des Katastrophenschutzes vorgelegt wird; sie soll zu einem kartographischen Standardraster weiterentwickelt werden.
