- Statement
- The surveillance started in mid-September 2020 for the whole country. Samples are collected every week at each selected wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The catchment area of each WWTP are provided by the Vlaamse Milieumaatschappij (VMM) in Flanders, by the Société Publique de Gestion de l'Eau (SPGE) in Wallonia and by Leefmilieu Brussel/Bruxelles Environnement in Brussels. The catchment areas were redrawn in Wallonia and Brussels to comply with the polygon style used by Flanders.
