Caractéristiques des parcelles cadastrales - Exonération de précompte immobilier correspond au jeu de données décrivant les parcelles exonérées de précompte immobilier. Ce jeu de données est composé de sept classes. La première classe reprend, à l'échelle nationale, le nombre de parcelles par catégorie d’exonération, le revenu cadastral total de ces parcelles, leur surface ainsi que le revenu cadastral médian de chaque catégorie. La deuxième classe reprend ces informations à l'échelle des trois régions. Les classes suivantes font de même à l'échelle des provinces, des arrondissements, des communes, des divisions cadastrales et des secteurs statistiques. Le jeu de données est librement téléchargeable, sous forme de CSV zippés. Kenmerken van kadastrale percelen - Vrijstelling van onroerende voorheffing komt overeen met de dataset die de percelen beschrijft die zijn vrijgesteld van onroerende voorheffing. Deze dataset bestaat uit zeven klassen. De eerste klasse omvat, op nationaal niveau, het aantal percelen per vrijstellingscategorie, het totale kadastraal inkomen van deze percelen, hun oppervlakte en het mediaan kadastraal inkomen van elke categorie. De tweede klas geeft deze informatie op het niveau van de drie gewesten. De volgende klassen doen hetzelfde op het niveau van provincies, arrondissementen, gemeenten, kadastrale afdelingen en statistische sectoren. De dataset is gratis te downloaden in de vorm van gezipte CSV's. Unter Merkmale der Katasterparzellen - Befreiung vom Immobiliensteuervorabzug versteht man ein Datenpaket, das die Parzellen beschreibt, die vom Immobiliensteuervorabzug befreit sind. Die erste Klasse enthält auf nationaler Ebene die Anzahl Parzellen pro Befreiungskategorie, das gesamte Katastereinkommen dieser Parzellen, ihre Fläche sowie den Medianwert des Katastereinkommens jeder Kategorie. Die zweite Klasse enthält diese Informationen auf Ebene der drei Regionen. Die folgenden Klassen übernehmen diese Informationen auf Ebene der Provinzen, Bezirke und Gemeinden sowie der Katastergemarkungen und der statistischen Sektoren. Caractéristiques des parcelles cadastrales - Exonération de précompte immobilier est constitué à partir du contenu de la base de données cadastrales de référence. Dans celle-ci, sont consignés, pour chaque parcelle, ses propriétaires, l'éventuelle utilisation exonérable qu'ils en font, son revenu cadastral (i.e. la valeur locative annuelle nette du bien au 1e janvier 1975, année de référence en matière d'imposition immobilière) et sa superficie. Ces variables sont déterminées, après enquête, par les agents du SPF Finances au moment de la création la parcelle, après une modification physique de celle-ci ou après un éventuel contrôle opéré par le SPF Finances, notamment suite à un changement de droit réel. Le jeu de données actuel agrège, pour chaque type d'exonération, le nombre de parcelles, leurs revenus cadastraux total et médian et les surfaces des parcelles aux différentes échelles prédécrites. Kenmerken van kadastrale percelen - De vrijstelling van onroerende voorheffing wordt gevormd door de inhoud van de kadastrale referentiedatabase. Hierin worden voor elk perceel, de eigenaren, de eventuele fiscale vrijstelling, het kadastraal inkomen (dwz de netto jaarlijkse huurwaarde van het onroerend goed op 1 januari 1975, het referentiejaar voor de bepaling van het kadastraal inkomen) en de oppervakte. Deze variabelen worden, na onderzoek, bepaald door de agenten van de FOD Financiën bij de creatie van het perceel, na een belangrijke wijziging ervan of na een eventuele controle door de FOD Financiën, in het bijzonder in het kader van de registratie van een zakelijk recht. Merkmale der Katasterparzellen - Befreiung vom Immobiliensteuervorabzug werden anhand des Inhalts der Katasterdatenbank zusammengesetzt. In dieser Datenbank werden für jede Parzelle ihre Eigentümer, deren eventuelle steuerfreie Nutzung, ihr Katastereinkommen (d. h. der jährliche Nettomietwert des Gutes am 1. Januar 1975, Bezugsjahr in Sachen Immobilienbesteuerung) und ihre Fläche verzeichnet. Diese Variablen werden im Anschluss an eine Überprüfung durch die Beamten des FÖD Finanzen zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung der Parzelle, nach einer wesentlichen Umänderung der Parzelle oder nach einer eventuellen Kontrolle durch den FÖD Finanzen, insbesondere nach der Registrierung eines dinglichen Rechts, festgelegt.
