Ce jeu de données est composé de sept classes. La première classe reprend, à l'échelle nationale, pour chaque nature cadastrale et pour chaque type de droit réel, le nombre de parcelles, leur revenu cadastral total, ainsi que le nombre de parcelles sur lesquelles des personnes morales ayant des activités immobilières (i.e étant reprises sous le code L de la nomenclature NACE) exerce le droit réel concerné. La deuxième classe reprend ces informations à l'échelle des trois régions. Les classes suivantes font de même à l'échelle des provinces, des arrondissements, des communes, des divisions cadastrales et des secteurs statistiques. Kenmerken van kadastrale percelen - Rechten van vastgoedvennootschappen komen overeen met de reeks gegevens die rechtspersonen beschrijven die zakelijke rechten hebben op onroerende goederen, zoals de FOD Financiën heeft ingevoerd voor registratiedoeleinden. Deze dataset bestaat uit zeven klassen. De eerste klasse omvat, op nationaal niveau, voor elke kadastrale aard en voor elk type zakelijk recht het aantal percelen, hun totale kadastrale inkomen en het aantal percelen waarbij vastgoedvennootschappen (i.e. hernomen onder de code L van de NACE nomenclatuur), een bepaald zakelijk recht uitoefenen. De tweede klasse neemt deze informatie op de schaal van de drie gewesten. De volgende klassen doen hetzelfde op het niveau van provincies, districten, gemeenten, kadastrale afdelingen en statistische sectoren. De dataset is gratis te downloaden in de vorm van gezipte CSV's. Unter Merkmale der Katasterparzellen - Rechte der Immobiliengesellschaft versteht man ein Datenpaket, das die juristischen Personen beschreibt, die Inhaber dinglicher Rechte an unbeweglichen Gütern sind, und zwar so wie der FÖD Finanzen sie zu Registrierungszwecken verzeichnet. Dieses Datenpaket besteht aus sieben Klassen. Die erste Klasse enthält auf nationaler Ebene für jede Katasterart und für jede Art von dinglichen Rechten die Anzahl der Parzellen, ihr Gesamtkatastereinkommen sowie für jeden Tätigkeitsbereich die Anzahl der juristischen Personen mit Immobilienaktivitäten (d. h. unter Code L der NACE-Klassifikation), die ein dingliches Recht an einer Parzelle der betreffenden Art ausüben. Die zweite Klasse enthält diese Informationen auf Ebene der drei Regionen. Deze variabelen worden bepaald , na onderzoek, door de agenten van de FOD Financiën bij de aanmaak van het perceel, na een belangrijke wijziging hiervan of na een eventuele controle uitgevoerd door de FOD Financiën in het bijzonder na de inschrijving van een zakelijk recht. Merkmale der Katasterparzellen - Rechte der Immobiliengesellschaft werden anhand des Inhalts der Katasterdatenbank, sowie der Datenbank der Inhaber dinglicher Rechte zusammengesetzt. In der ersten Datenbank werden für jede Parzelle ihre Art, ihr Katastereinkommen (d. h. der jährliche Nettomietwert des Gutes am 1. Januar 1975, Bezugsjahr in Sachen Immobilienbesteuerung), die Personen, die dingliche Rechte an ihr ausüben, sowie die Art ihres betreffenden Rechts verzeichnet. Diese Variablen werden im Anschluss an die Überprüfung durch die Beamten des FÖD Finanzen zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung der Parzelle, nach einer wesentlichen Umänderung der Parzelle oder nach einer eventuellen Kontrolle durch den FÖD Finanzen, insbesondere nach der Registrierung eines dinglichen Rechts, festgelegt. Die Registrierung eines dinglichen Rechts ändert zwangsläufig die letzten beiden vorerwähnten Variablen.
