Der Datensatz kann über den Direkt-Download-Dienst (WFS) heruntergeladen werden. Kadastrale Percelen - INSPIRE komt overeen met de dataset van Belgische kadastrale planpercelen die voldoet aan de INSPIRE-specificaties. Deze dataset bestaat uit twee klassen. De eerste klasse bevat de kadastrale zonering (cadastral zoning) en de tweede klasse de kadastrale perceelen (cadastral parcel). De volledige dataset kan worden gedownload via de ad hoc WFS. Der Katasterplan wird laufend von der Vermögensdokumentation aktualisiert mittels der Informationen, die bei juristischen Veränderungen (Eigentumswechsel) (auf der Grundlage von Urkunden, Erklärungen, Urteilen und Entscheiden) und physischen Veränderungen der Besitztümer (auf der Grundlage von Erklärungen, Plänen, Dokumenten, Schätzungen und Auskünften, die von den Gemeinden erteilt werden) erfasst werden; er wird zudem durch Verbesserungsvorschläge auf Initiative der Vermögensdokumentation aktualisiert, wie in Artikel 5 bis 8 des Königlichen Erlasses vom 30. Juli 2018 beschrieben. De dataset Kadastrale Percelen - INSPIRE is afgeleid van de dataset Kadastraal Percelenplan toestand op 1 januari. Deze is een extractie van de kadastrale referentiedatabank CadGIS waarvan de toestand is vastgesteld op 1 januari van het referentiejaar. Het kadastraal percelenplan wordt continu bijgewerkt door de Patrimoniumdocumentatie op basis van de informatie verzameld bij juridische (op basis van akten, aangiften, vonnissen en arresten) en fysieke (op basis van aangiften, plannen, documenten, schattingen en informatie verstrekt door de gemeenten) wijzigingen (mutaties) van de onroerende goederen, alsook door verbeteringsprocessen genomen op initiatief van de Patrimoniumdocumentatie zoals beschreven in de artikelen 5 tot 8 van het Koninklijk Besluit van 30 juli 2018. Celui-ci est extrait de la base de données cadastrales de référence, CadGIS, dont la situation est figée au 1e janvier de l'année de référence. Le plan parcellaire cadastral est maintenu à jour en continu par la Documentation Patrimoniale à partir des informations collectées lors de changements (mutations) juridiques (sur base d’actes, déclarations, jugements et arrêts) et physiques (sur base de déclarations, plans, documents, expertises et renseignements fournis par les communes) aux propriétés, ainsi que par des opérations d’améliorations prises à l’initiative de la Documentation Patrimoniale tels que décrits dans les articles 5 à 8 de l’Arrêté Royal du 30 juillet 2018. Le plan parcellaire cadastral est un jeu de données du Système d’Information Géographique de la Documentation Patrimoniale et est principalement constitué des couches d’informations suivantes : les biens immobiliers: parcelles cadastrales plan (bornes de propriété), les bâtiments ainsi que certaines structures de matériel et outillage ; les noms de rue, adresses, lieux-dits ; les périmètres de remembrements et les périmètres de polders et wateringues; les limites administratives et cadastrales.
