Distribution du patrimoine immobilier – Sociétés immobilières correspond au jeu de données relatif à la distribution du patrimoine immobilier détenu par les personnes morales tel que le SPF Finances l'a consigné à des fins fiscales. Ce jeu de données est composé de huit classes. La première classe reprend, à l'échelle nationale, par tranche de revenu cadastral, le nombre de personnes morales ayant des activités immobilières (i.e étant reprises sous le code L de la nomenclature NACE) et disposant d'un capital immobilier évalué dans la tranche concernée ainsi que les revenus cadastraux total et médian des parcelles détenues par ces personnes. L’évaluation du revenu cadastral tient compte des quotités effectivement détenues. La deuxième classe reprend ces informations à l'échelle des trois régions. Les classes suivantes font de même à l'échelle des provinces, des arrondissements, des communes, des divisions cadastrales et des secteurs statistiques. La dernière classe reprend ces informations par pays de siège pour les personnes morales inscrites à la Banque Carrefour des Entreprises sans toutefois avoir leur siège sur le territoire national. Verdeling van het onroerend patrimonium - Vastgoedvennootschappen stemt overeen stemt overeen met de dataset die de verdeling van het onroerend patrimonium in handen van rechtspersonen beschrijft, zoals geregistreerd door de FOD Financiën voor fiscale doeleinden. Deze dataset bestaat uit acht klassen. De eerste klasse omvat, op nationaal niveau, per kadastrale inkomensschijf, het aantal rechtspersonen met vastgoed activiteit (i.e. hernomen onder de code L van de NACE nomenclatuur) en met een onroerend goed in bezit dat in de desbetreffende schijf wordt gewaardeerd alsook het totale en het mediane kadastrale inkomen van de percelen die deze personen bezitten. Bij de waardering van het kadastraal inkomen wordt rekening gehouden met de werkelijke gehouden aandelen. De tweede klasse neemt deze informatie op de schaal van de drie gewesten. De volgende klassen doen hetzelfde op het niveau van provincies, arrondissementen, gemeenten, kadastrale afdelingen en statistische sectoren. De laatste categorie herneemt de informatie per land van vestiging voor de rechtspersonen ingeschreven bij de Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen zonder echter hun zetel op het nationaal grondgebied te hebben. Unter Verteilung des unbeweglichen Vermögens – Immobiliengesellschaften versteht man ein Datenpaket, das die Verteilung des unbeweglichen Vermögens beschreibt, das von juristischen Personen gehaltenen wird, und zwar so wie der FÖD Finanzen es zu Steuerzwecken verzeichnet. Dieses Datenpaket besteht aus acht Klassen. Die erste Klasse enthält auf nationaler Ebene, pro Katastereinkommensteilbetrag, die Anzahl der juristischen Personen, die Immobiliengeschäfte tätigen (z. B. die unter Code L der Nomenklatur NACE erfasst sind) und die über ein in dem betreffenden Teilbetrag bewertetes unbewegliches Kapital verfügen, sowie den Gesamt- und den Medianwert der Katastereinkommen, der Parzellen, die von diesen Personen gehaltenen werden. Die Bewertung des Katastereinkommens berücksichtigt effektiv gehaltene Anteile. Die zweite Klasse enthält diese Informationen auf Ebene der drei Regionen. Die folgenden Klassen übernehmen diese Informationen auf Ebene der Provinzen, Bezirke und Gemeinden sowie der Katastergemarkungen und der statistischen Sektoren. Die letzte Kategorie gibt die Informationen nach Sitzland für die juristischen Personen wieder, die bei der Zentrale Datenbank der Unternehmen registriert sind, ohne jedoch ihren Sitz im Staatgebiet zu haben.
