Il s'agit de tout ce qui imperméabilise le sol, mais aussi de diverses formes d'espaces verts non pavés, comme les jardins et les parcs ou les terrains de sport. Ces indicateurs montrent la surface artificialisée totale exprimée en m² et la part de cette surface artificialisée sur la superficie totale en % par unité administrative (région, province, arrondissement et commune) pour la Flandre. Ruimtebeslag wordt hier gedefinieerd in termen van landgebruik. Ruimtebeslag is de ruimte die we innemen om te wonen, te werken, te ontspannen, ons te verplaatsen. Dit omvat alles wat zorgt voor een afdichting van de bodem maar omvat ook verschillende vormen van niet-verharde groene ruimte, zoals tuinen en parken of sportterreinen. Deze indicatoren geven de totale oppervlakte ruimtebeslag uitgedrukt in m² en percentage ruimtebeslag t.o.v. totale oppervlakte per administratieve eenheid (regio, provincie, arrondissement en gemeente) voor Vlaanderen. Die Flächeninanspruchnahme beruht hier auf der Bodennutzung. Die in Anspruch genommenen Fläche bedeutet der Raum, wo wir bleiben um zu leben, arbeiten, uns zu entspannen und zu bewegen. Es handelt sich um alles, was den Boden versiegelt, aber auch um verschiedene Typen von Grünflächen ohne Belag wie Gärten, Parks oder Sportplätze. Le concept ‘utilisation du sol’’ fait référence à l'utilisation effective des terres pour des activités humaines bien définies (telles que le logement, l'industrie et les services, les loisirs, etc.), pour des cultures (telles que la culture arable, les pâtures, etc.) ou par la végétation naturelle (telle que la forêt, le maquis, etc.) Afin de surveiller l'utilisation du sol en Flandre, nous nous appuyons sur le fichier d'utilisation des sols, qui est construit à partir de 18 sources d'informations spatiales différentes disponibles en Flandre. Le fichier d'utilisation des sols comprend 4 niveaux (niveau 1 : couverture des sols ; niveau 2 : utilisation urbanisée des sols; niveau 3 : utilisation multifonctionnelle des sols; niveau 4 : sites portuaires et domaines militaires). VITO a combiné ces 4 niveaux en un seul fichier d'utilisation des sols agrégé. Ce fichier donne un aperçu de l'utilisation réelle des terres pour chaque cellule de 10x10m en Flandre et se compose de 18 catégories d'utilisation des terres. Het concept 'landgebruik' verwijst naar het werkelijke gebruik van de grond voor welbepaalde menselijke activiteiten (zoals huisvesting, industrie en diensten, recreatie...) of teelten (zoals akkerbouw, grasteel...) of natuurlijke begroeiing (zoals bos, struikgewas...). Om het gebruik van ruimte in Vlaanderen te monitoren baseren we ons op het landgebruiksbestand, dat opgebouwd is uit de best beschikbare ruimtelijke informatiebronnen in Vlaanderen. Het landgebruiksbestand bestaat uit 4 niveaus (niveau 1: bodembedekking; niveau 2: verstedelijkt landgebruik; niveau 3: multifunctioneel landgebruik; niveau 4: haventerreinen en militaire domeinen). VITO voegde deze 4 niveaus samen tot 1 geaggregeerd landgebruiksbestand. Dit bestand geeft zicht op het werkelijk landgebruik voor elke 10x10m cel in Vlaanderen en bestaat uit 18 landgebruikscategorieën. Der Begriff « Bodennutzung » bezieht sich auf die tatsächliche Nutzung des Bodens für bestimmte menschliche Tätigkeiten (wie zum B. Wohnung, Industrie und Dienste, Freizeit, usw.), für Anbau (wie zum B. Kulturpflanzen, Weiden, usw.) oder die Bedeckung mit natürlicher Vegetation (wie zum B. Wald, Macchia, usw.). Um die Bodennutzung in Flandern nachzuprüfen stützen wir uns auf die Bodennutzungsdatei, die 18 verschiedene in Flandern vorhandene Quellen von räumlichen Informationen sammelt. In der Bodennutzungsdatei gibt es 4 Niveaus (Niveau 1: Bodenbedeckung; Niveau 2: Bebaute Bodennutzung; Niveau 3: multifunktionale Bodennutzung; Niveau 4: Hafenanlagen und Militärgebiete). VITO hat diese 4 Niveaus in eine einzige zusammengestellte Bodennutzungsdatei kombiniert. Diese Datei gibt eine Übersicht über die tatsächliche Nutzung des Bodens für jede 10x10M. große Zelle in Flandern und besteht aus 18 Bodennutzungskategorien.
