- Real estate leases - annual version is compiled from the contents of the reference database for the registration of real estate leases. The database records the agreed monthly rent, the type of lease and the nature of the contracting parties for each contract. In practice, it is impossible to ensure that the leases entered into are actually registered and that the property is properly described. Therefore, the FPS Finance cannot guarantee the quality of the information or the exhaustiveness of the records.
