Origine des titulaires – Personnes physiques correspond au jeu de données décrivant l'origine des personnes physiques titulaires de droits réels sur des biens immobiliers situés en Belgique selon leur commune de domicile pour les résidents et selon leur pays ou territoire de domicile pour les non-résidents. Ce jeu de données est composé de sept classes. La première classe reprend, à l'échelle nationale, pour chaque nature, le nombre total de parcelles, le nombre de parcelles détenues par des titulaires de chaque commune belge et le nombre de parcelles détenues par les titulaires de chaque pays ou territoire. Le nombre de parcelles tient compte des quotités effectivement détenues. La deuxième classe reprend ces informations à l'échelle des trois régions. Dieser Datensatz setzt sich aus sieben Klassen zusammen. Die erste Klasse zeigt auf nationaler Ebene für jede Art von Eigentum die Gesamtzahl der Parzellen, die Anzahl der Parzellen, die von Inhabern aus jeder belgischen Gemeinde gehalten werden, und die Anzahl der Parzellen, die von Inhabern aus jedem Land oder Gebiet gehalten werden.
