Caractéristiques des parcelles cadastrales - Etat du bâtiment correspond au jeu de données décrivant l'état physique des parcelles bâties, tel que le SPF Finances l'a consigné à à des fins fiscales. Ce jeu de données est composé de sept classes. La première classe reprend, à l'échelle nationale, pour chaque nature de parcelle bâtie, le nombre de parcellles total, et le nombre de parcelles répondant à divers critères qualitatifs (comme le nombre de parcelles équipées de chauffage central, ou le nombre de parcelles bâties avant 1900) . La deuxième classe reprend ces informations à l'échelle des trois régions. Les classes suivantes font de même à l'échelle des provinces, des arrondissements, des communes, des divisions cadastrales et des secteurs statistiques. Le jeu de données est librement téléchargeable, sous forme de CSV zippés. Kenmerken van kadastrale percelen - Staat van het gebouw stemt overeen met de dataset die de fysieke kenmerken van de gebouwde percelen beschrijft, zoals vastgelegd door de FOD Financiën voor fiscale doeleinden. Deze dataset bestaat uit zeven klassen. De eerste klasse omvat, op nationale schaal, voor elk aard bebouwd het totale aantal percelen, evenals het aantal percelen die voldoen aan verschillende kwalitatieve criteria (zoals het aantal percelen uitgerust met centrale verwarming of het aantal percelen gebouwd vóór 1900). De tweede klasse geeft deze informatie op het niveau van de drie gewesten. De volgende klassen doen hetzelfde op het niveau van provincies, arrondissementen, gemeenten, kadastrale afdelingen en statistische sectoren. De dataset is gratis te downloaden in de vorm van gezipte CSV's. Unter Merkmale der Katasterparzellen - Gebäudezustand versteht man ein Datenpaket, das die physischen Merkmale der bebauten Parzellen beschreibt, und zwar so wie der FÖD Finanzen sie zu Steuerzwecken verzeichnet. Dieses Datenpaket besteht aus sieben Klassen. Die erste Klasse enthält auf nationaler Ebene für jede bebaute Art die Gesamtzahl Parzellen sowie die Anzahl der Parzellen, die verschiedenen qualitativen Kriterien entsprechen (z. B. die Anzahl der Parzellen, die mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet sind, oder die Anzahl der Parzellen, die vor 1900 gebaut wurden). Die zweite Klasse enthält diese Informationen auf Ebene der drei Regionen. Le jeu de données actuel agrège, pour chaque type d'exonération, le nombre de parcelles, leurs revenus cadastraux total et médian et les surfaces des parcelles aux différentes échelles prédécrites. Daarin worden voor elk perceel verschillende kenmerken geregistreerd die worden gebruikt om het kadastraal inkomen te bepalen. Deze variabelen worden, na onderzoek, bepaald door de agenten van de FOD Financiën bij de creatie van het perceel, na een belangrijke wijziging ervan of na een eventuele controle door de FOD Financiën, in het bijzonder in het kader van de registratie van een zakelijk recht. Merkmale der Katasterparzellen - Gebäudezustand werden anhand des Inhalts der Katasterdatenbank zusammengesetzt. In dieser Datenbank werden für jede Parzelle verschiedene Merkmale erfasst, die zur Bestimmung ihres Katastereinkommens verwendet werden. Diese Variablen werden im Anschluss an eine Überprüfung durch die Beamten des FÖD Finanzen zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung der Parzelle, nach einer wesentlichen Umänderung der Parzelle oder nach einer eventuellen Kontrolle durch den FÖD Finanzen, insbesondere nach der Registrierung eines dinglichen Rechts, festgelegt.
