Characteristics of cadastral parcels - Rights of legal persons is compiled from the contents of the reference database for the land register data as well as from the contents of the database of real rights holders. The first database records, for each parcel, its type, its cadastral income (i.e. the annual net rental value of the property on January 1st 1975, the reference year for property tax purposes), the real rights holders as well as the type of right they are holding. These variables are determined, after investigation, by the agents of the FPS Finance at the time of the creation of the parcel, after a significant modification of the parcel or after a possible control carried out by the FPS Finance, in particular following the registration of a real right. The registration of a real right necessarily changes the last two aforementioned variables.

The second database contains, for each holder of real rights, various pieces of information from the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, which is the authentic source for legal persons, including the nature of their economic activities.
